Plague Inc. begins with a single infected person and puts you in charge of a fictional pathogen's evolution. The world becomes the game board as you decide how to develop the outbreak against humanity's attempts to stop it. Its premise combines strategy with a simulation of global spread, asking you to consider the consequences of each change rather than treating an upgrade as automatically beneficial.
